Term and Conditions
Your custom is important to us and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchases. We provide accurate descriptions and a first class service.

Payment
All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full). Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately, Cheque payments will not be despatched until payment is cleared..

Returns
All products carry a twelve month warranty.
If the product fails  during the warranty period please email sales@kellycorner.co.uk with description of the fault and order number.

For your security returned items should be sent recorded  delivery.

Stock availability
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply , products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability.  We will advice you of any delay.

Cancellation
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 ("DSR"), you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase(s) within 7 working days of delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us
If your goods have already despatched, you must return them in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.
We will credit you with the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked them. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
